Will we lose email during the migration?
No. Mail keeps flowing throughout. Mailboxes are copied in the background and the final switch is done outside working hours.
Which Microsoft 365 plan do we need?
For most businesses of 20 or more users we recommend Business Premium because it includes the security and device management tools. We confirm this after reviewing how you work.
Do we still need backups if our data is in Microsoft 365?
Yes. Microsoft keeps the service running but holds deleted items for a limited time only. A separate backup protects you against accidental deletion, ransomware and departing staff.
Can you take over an existing Microsoft 365 tenant?
Yes. We start with a security and licence review and fix what we find before taking over day-to-day administration.
